These Terms apply to the listed websites only to the extent they are operated or controlled by Liberty Lane Films, LLC. Independently operated client and collaborator websites may be subject to separate terms.
Our Websites present independent films, creative work, production information, digital services, merchandise, crowdfunding opportunities, and related content.
By accessing or using our Websites, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Websites.

2. Permitted Use
You may browse our Websites and access publicly available content for lawful personal, educational, informational, or professional purposes.
You agree not to:
Use the Websites for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities.
Attempt unauthorized access to website accounts, administrative systems, or restricted content.
Interfere with website availability, performance, or security.
Distribute malicious software or conduct unauthorized security testing.
Misrepresent an affiliation with Liberty Lane Films or its collaborators.
Scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization, except where permitted by law.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the original films, videos, photographs, graphics, scripts, writing, logos, designs, and other creative materials published on our Websites are owned by Liberty Lane Films or used with permission from their respective rights holders. Some work featured on the Websites belongs to independent filmmakers, clients, collaborators, licensors, or other third parties. Nothing on the Websites grants ownership or an unrestricted license to use any creative material.
Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, publicly screened, sold, licensed, adapted, or used commercially without appropriate permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
For film screening, exhibition, press, or licensing inquiries, contact info@libertylanefilms.com.
4. Film Screenings and Distribution
The availability of a film, trailer, excerpt, or other media on our Websites does not authorize downloading, public exhibition, broadcast, republication, or commercial distribution.
Requests for public screenings, educational exhibition, festival programming, or other uses must be approved separately by the relevant rights holder.
5. Products and Website Purchases
Our online shop may offer merchandise, creative services, digital products, gift cards, and film-related crowdfunding items. All purchases are subject to the applicable product descriptions, checkout terms, and our Return Policy. Prices, product availability, fulfillment requirements, and delivery estimates may vary.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and to cancel or refund orders where legally permitted.
6. Creative and Digital Services
Liberty Lane Films and Liberty Lane Digital may offer assessments, branding services, website services, film production, and other creative engagements. Product descriptions provide general information about available services. The specific deliverables, scope, fees, schedule, revision allowances, licensing terms, and other responsibilities of a professional engagement may be governed by a separate written proposal, agreement, or statement of work.
Where a separate agreement conflicts with these general Website Terms, the separate agreement governs the applicable engagement to the extent of that conflict.
7. Crowdfunding and Project Backing
Certain purchases or contributions support independent film development, production, post-production, and related project expenses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement:
Backing a project does not confer ownership of the film or related intellectual property.
Backing a project does not create an entitlement to royalties, profit participation, or financial returns.
A producer-related credit or supporter benefit does not automatically create employment, editorial authority, or production decision-making rights.
Festival admission, premiere tickets, screenings, and other experiences are provided only when expressly included in the applicable supporter offering.
Production and release schedules may change.
Crowdfunding purchases should not be understood as tax-deductible charitable donations unless expressly processed through an eligible organization under an appropriate arrangement.
8. Film Equity Investment
Information about potential film investment opportunities is provided for preliminary informational purposes only. No website page, general inquiry form, or ordinary crowdfunding purchase constitutes an offer of securities or an investment agreement. Any equity participation, ownership interest, revenue participation, or other financial arrangement requires separately negotiated and properly executed documentation, subject to applicable law.
Film investment involves financial risk, potentially including loss of invested capital.
9. User Communications and Submissions
Visitors may contact us with questions, proposals, suggestions, and other materials. Submitting material through a general website contact form does not establish a confidential, fiduciary, agency, employment, or professional relationship. Please do not submit unsolicited confidential screenplays, proprietary concepts, or other sensitive creative materials unless an appropriate submission arrangement has first been established.
We respect creators' rights and encourage written agreements where necessary.
10. External Websites and Third-Party Services
Our Websites may link to third-party websites, media platforms, social networks, payment processors, and other resources. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for external content or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
11. Website Availability and Information
We work to keep website information accurate and accessible. However, content may contain errors, become outdated, or change as productions and services develop. We may modify, discontinue, or reorganize website content or features, subject to existing contractual and legal obligations.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Websites and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
This provision does not eliminate any warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liberty Lane Films is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from general website access or use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
Separate written agreements may contain different liability provisions for specific products or services.
14. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without overriding mandatory laws that may apply to particular consumers or transactions. Where legally permissible, disputes arising from these general Website Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts serving San Francisco, California.
This provision does not replace dispute-resolution provisions in a separate written contract.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our Websites, business practices, or legal obligations. Updates will be published with a revised effective or last-updated date. Material changes affecting existing contracts or transactions will be handled according to applicable law and contractual obligations.
